Welcome to the Kansas City Figure Skating Club's website!
Our mission is to promote the sport of skating clubs in the greater Kansas City area.  One of the club's highlights is hosting the annual Skate Kansas City Figure Skating Competition, bringing figure skaters from throughout the country, as well as high level judges from throughout the skating community.

KCFSC has reserved a block tickets for the show! If you are interested in purchasing tickets in this block, please contact Lori Osborne (913.638.9026 or osbornel@msn.com). We
have the following options for tickets (prices shown are the discounted price):

o $66 each - center ice, first few rows of arena (not on ice) 
o $36 each - end zone/corners, lower bowl of arena
o $16 each - End zone upper rows of lower bowl
 
Payment for tickets is due at the time of ordering. Orders and payment must be received no later than March 10. Payment can be made online by selecting the “Stars on Ice” option) or in person to Mark or Lori Osborne. Please note the number of tickets and what price of tickets
you want.

OLYMPICS BOUND!
 
KCFSC member and International Judge, Lorrie Parker is headed to the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver!  Lorrie has been assigned as the U.S. Figure Skating Team Manager and will participate in the Opening Ceremonies. Congratulations Lorrie - we are proud of you!

April 8-11, 2010
 
Registration is now open for Skate KC 2010!  The event is being hosted at the brand new Independence Events Center!  Opened in November 2009, Skate KC will be the the first figure skating competition in the arena!
 
Deadline for registration is March 1, 2010.

KCFSC members John Coughlin and Olivia Oltmanns competed at the US National Figure Skating Championships held January 15 - 24, in Spokane, Washington! 
 
The full schedule of events is on Ice Network.  John and his partner, Caitlin Yankowskas, competed in the Senior Pairs event on January 15 and 16, placing 2nd in the short program, 6th in the free skate and 6th overall. 
Olivia and her partner, Josh Santillian, competed in the Novice Pairs event on January 17 and 18, placing 3rd in the short program, 8th in the free skate and 6th overall.  Congratulations John and Olivia - we are proud of you!
