Welcome to the Kansas City Figure Skating Club's official website!
Our mission is to promote the sport of skating clubs in the greater Kansas City area.  One of the club's highlights is hosting the annual Skate Kansas City Figure Skating Competition, bringing figure skaters from throughout the country, as well as high level judges from throughout the skating community.

Please extend your congratulations to KCFSC's Ann McLiney who recently received her Regional Competition Appointment in Singles and Pairs.
 
This is a difficult accomplishment to obtain and Ann has worked very hard to earn this.  Congratulations and JOB WELL DONE! 
 
New Lifetime Kansas City FSC Honorary Member

The Board of Directors is proud to announce that Tyler Broderick is KCFSC's newest Honorary Lifetime Member!

This honor was earned through winning the 2009 Intermediate Pair Championship title at the 2009  Junior National Championships while representing the Kansas City Figure Skating Club. (With KCFSC member Olivia Oltmanns).

Congratulations to KCFSC member John Coughlin and his partner Caitlin Yankowskas!  They have been selected to represent the USA at Skate Canada, November 19 - 22 in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada!! 
 

 
2009 - 2010 Membership Renewal Form is now on-line!
 
It is that time of year again!  Current USFS and KCFSC membership will expire on 6/30/09 for the current season.  Members will need to renew their membership to obtain permission to test, compete or participate in any USFS or KCFSC activity after 6/30/09.

There is a renewal discount for all members that complete and submit their membership application with fees prior to 7/1/09.  Don't miss out on the savings!

This year's membership form is now posted on the Membership page found on this website.

Junior Nationals Champs AGAIN!
 



KCFSC home club members Tyler Broderick and Olivia Oltmanns competed last week at the 2009 Junior National Championships, in Lake Placid, NY. Congratulations go out to them - they won back-to-back National Championships! Last year the team won the Juvenile Pairs title and this week, winning the Intermediate Pairs title.
